9. Eric Clapton

Eric Clapton was a serial womanizer back in the 1970s and 1980s while married to Pattie Boyd.

He came forward with two of his love children from that period, a girl Ruth born in 1985 and a boy named Conor born in 1986.

Ruth was conceived with Yvonne Kelly who owned a recording studio in the Caribbean where Clapton had recorded.

After the affair, both Clapton and Kelly went back to their partners, and Ruth claims her dad had always been a part of her life while everyone knew their place.

Conor was conceived with Lory Del Santo, an Italian actress and television personality, but died in a tragic accident in March 1991 when he fell out of an open window of a 49-storey New York apartment building. Conor’s death prompted Clapton to co-write “Tears in Heaven”, one of the “Top 500 Greatest Songs of All Time” by Rolling Stone magazine.
