12. Lindsay Lohan

Some may have expected good, ol’ LiLo to have a higher spot on this list. But don’t let the media trick you – even though Lindsay Lohan is one troublesome celebrity, she’s not really that bad of a criminal.

A child star turned starlet, Lohan became the center of negative popularity in recent years mostly due to her outbursts of questionable choices and wild behavior.

She was arrested in 2007 for a DUI, and after she had a SCRAM bracelet strapped onto her wrist, she was released.

However, thanks to that tiny piece of gadgetry, Lohan was arrested just two months later, only this time she added cocaine possession to another DUI. She couldn’t escape jail on this occasion, but somehow she got out of it after only 84 minutes!
