5. George Clooney

Imagining George Clooney having different professions isn’t that hard, since the actor portrayed many different characters in his career. However, he wasn’t very successful at what he did before becoming a celebrity.

At the age of 16, Clooney did nothing else but eat, sleep, and cut tobacco crops in Cincinatti. And once he was old enough, he became a door-to-door insurance salesman.

As the actor said himself: “I was a horrible insurance salesman. I couldn’t handle always offering something extra on top of the insurance I was already selling. But I sure was good at cutting tobacco. I was fast.”
