Kim Kardashian’s second pregnancy hasn’t really been going as smooth as her first one, but she finally has some pretty good news for her fans.

Namely, the reality TV star, who is currently 37 weeks pregnant, stated that her baby was in breech position, meaning it was lying upside down and Kim would have had to have a C-section during the birth.

However, the star has just revealed that her baby has finally turned and is now in natural position, lying head first and ready to be born.

“More Painful than Childbirth”

Kim turns to her official website to inform her fans about the good news, describing the procedure as “probably more painful than childbirth” itself.

“I underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position,” the TV star wrote, and continued:

“They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby. There was a risk that my water might break or the baby’s heart rate could drop – in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place. I went in with my sisters and my husband. I was prepared for it all!”

“They don’t give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!
